<div itemprop="description">Passed away peacefully at his residence on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2016, in 81st year. Cecil Stacey of Victoria Harbour formerly of Toronto, beloved husband of Anne Stacey. Dear father of Wayne (Beth) and Gary. Loving grandpa of Erin, Matthew, Alec, Kurtis and Lyndsey. Brother of John (Jeannete), Gladys (late Clyde) and the late Emma (late Pat), Harry (late Betty) and Celeste (Jack). He will be fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Nicholls Funeral Home, 330 Midland Ave., Midland on Friday from 7-9 p.m. and Saturday, November 26th from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Church, Victoria Harbour on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.</div>
