Son of the late Helen Phillips (Dufour) and Evelyn Tobey (Dufour) and Phillip Tobey. Beloved husband of Marie Copegog. Loving father to Venessa Corbier (William), Paula Tobey(Vladymyr), Stacey Tobey (Steven); and step-father to Steven Kingshott. Grandfather of Kristen, Kayla, Isaiah, Lukas, Cameron, Trent and step-grandfather of Kaelan, Nevaeh and Makayla. Dear brother of Lorna Bajari (Ben), Edward Tobey (Helen), Stella Seidel (Wally), Edith Vessair (Buckey), Elliott Tobey, Wanda Hughes (Wally), Larry Phillips, Joan Phillips (Tony) and Lana Phillips. He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters in-law, many nephews, nieces and friends. Cremation has taken place.</div>
